Fisaf Italy International Summer Camp 2016

ANXAGYM sports association of Lanciano in the province of Chieti, in partnership with FISAF ITALY, is pleased to announce the organization of the first international sports camp of aerobic FISAF ITALIA in the beautiful region of Abruzzo, Green Region of Europe from 3^rd to 9^th July 2016.

Primary objective of the camp is socialization among the various athletes and their companions, the development of new training techniques that can arise from the collaboration between the various national and coaches’ team.

Moreover participants will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Trabocchi Coast, visit the medieval villages of Frentania, eat the real Italian pizza.

Practise days will provide two training sessions of two hours each, with coaches Mancini, Canada, Hofmannová, Ceroli, Supervisor Andrea Marchetti, which are divided into various areas (technical, aerobic, physical training, artistic).

Training areas will be both inside and outside but always in the gym center « GymLive Lanciano ».

In a short distance from the gym center is located the relaxation area, with restaurant, bar, pool.

During the week will be provided for the free days to explore the beautiful Abruzzo territories.

We have decided three different dates for payment of the registration fee, which includes, hotels, breackfast, lunch, dinner, local transportation, exlusive use of the relax area.

Fee not included are transportation to and from Lanciano from local city, option extra at the bar, entrance to museums and cultural sites.
